denyseYou may have seen some recipes in our monthly newsletter, usually very healthy or full of carbs to help us during long training days. Denyse King has been sharing  a little bit of her knowledge I hope you all enjoy as much as I do.

And don’t think that she is all about cooking, she is also smashing weekly at the parkrun or some Coastal Marathon for a change.
