. . . .

Sunday 9:15 for 9:30 am

Sunday club cycle rides start again on 28th March 2010 and from then every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month through summer.

Meet: Rowlands Castle Green, at 09.15. Ready to leave at 9:30 am. All abilities welcome.
The routes consist of various circuits of different distances around the lanes with the intention of cycling for  about 1.5 to2 hours, finish up back at the cafe in Rowlands.

We cater for a variety of abilities by cycling a combination of different sized loops round Rowland's Castle.
(basic loops of 6 miles and a longer loop of 12 miles, these can be cycled as many times as required, and also longer loops such as that taking in Compton) The idea is that anybody can come along and ride to their ability,

There is a nice Tea shop so tea and cakes can be purchased to replace those calories lost on the cycle.

A note on insurance
Our BTA insurance covers the club for public liability, but individuals training, whether club members or not are not covered for personal accident. Individual BTA membership does carry this personal injury insurance when competing or training, and we advise our members to look into this.
